Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What fusing conditions do you recommend for this 65 gsm polyester woven interlining?
A: Use 125-135 °C, 2-3.5 bar and 10-14 seconds on a flat-bed or roller press. Always run a scrap test with your shell fabric first, because dense twill or heavy seams need the upper end of the dwell time to reach full bond strength.
Q2: Will this twill woven interfacing shrink, bubble or delaminate after washing?
A: The woven base cloth is heat-set during finishing, and the PA double-dot coating is applied in-house, so the fabric stays dimensionally stable through normal washing and dry cleaning. Blistering is normally caused by too much heat or pressure rather than by the interlining itself.
Q3: Which garments and fabrics is this interlining designed for?
A: The 65 gsm twill weave is built for front fusing and small parts such as blouse collars, cuffs and plackets on men's and women's medium-to-heavy garments. It also suits uniform, workwear and tailored jackets where a soft but resilient handle is required.
