A: The warp knit structure (CP52 mesh) gives controlled stretch and recovery in both directions, so the interlining follows the movement of suit and uniform fabrics instead of fighting them. The open mesh also keeps the fused panel light and breathable.
Q2: What are the fusing parameters for the PA double-dot coating?
A: Typical settings are 130-150 °C, 1.5-4.0 bar and 10-15 seconds on a roller press. Adjust dwell time according to fabric weight, and always confirm on your own shell fabric before bulk fusing.
Q3: How strong is the bond after washing and dry cleaning?
A: The 65 g PET base plus PA double dot delivers high bonding strength, good colour fastness and low shrinkage, with stability retained through normal washing and dry cleaning. A test report is available for your quality file.
Q4: What are the MOQ and delivery times?
A: MOQ is 3,000 meters. Free samples ship in 1-2 days, LCL orders in 5-15 days and FCL orders in 15-20 days, loaded from Shanghai, Ningbo or Tianjin.
