INTERNAL QC
> Our lab will do the test with the shipping samples of each order, including, inspection of bond strength, shrinkage, washing
conditon, to confirm the quality can reach the standard.
EXTERNAL QC
> According to the order, our QC will choose some proportion of goods to inspect, including Inspection of width, weight, color,
roll length etc., to make sure the goods quality will be same as the samples confirmed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Why is an 18 gsm interlining needed for chiffon and georgette?
A: Chiffon and georgette are so light that any heavier interlining changes the drape and shows through. An 18 gsm plain weave with 15D x 15D yarns stabilises the panel without adding visible weight or stiffness.
Q2: Will a light interlining hold on such a delicate fabric?
A: Yes, when the fusing conditions are controlled. PA double dot concentrate the adhesive so the bond is strong without impregnating the cloth; fusing at 130-150 °C for 12-15 seconds at 2-3.5 bar keeps the hand soft.
Q3: Does it resist rubbing and washing?
A: The article is specified with good colour fastness, good bonding strength, rub resistance and durable stability for normal washing, which matters on garments that are worn close to the body.
Q4: What are the MOQ and colour options?
A: MOQ 5,000 m, 122 cm and 150 cm widths, white, optical white, black and colours, 100 m per roll, delivery in 3-15 days with free samples.
