Q1: Why specify a 135 gsm twill woven for men's and women's suits?
A: The twill construction at 135 gsm gives a firm but flexible front panel that supports the chest and lapel roll of a tailored suit while resisting the distortion that lighter plain weaves can show after long wear.
Q2: Should I choose PA or PES glue for suit interlining?
A: PA gives the higher bond strength and better dry-cleaning resistance, which is preferred for premium suits. PES is more economical and suits garments with lighter cleaning demands. Both chemistries are available in double dot on this article.
Q3: What are the fusing conditions and MOQ?
A: Fuse at 130-150 °C with 2-4 kg/cm2 for 10-15 seconds. MOQ is 3,000 m for black and white and 1,600 m for colour, with delivery in 7-15 days and free samples on request.
Q4: Does it hold up to colour fastness and abrasion requirements?
A: Yes. The article is tested for high colour fastness, rub resistance, good dimensional stability and bonding strength, and is produced under OEKO certification for apparel use.
